BACKGROUND

Keith's background in marketing, construction, and investing led him to real estate. His interest in helping people with one of the most important and emotional purchases or sales of their life makes real estate the most rewarding career for him. 

Keith graduated from St. Joseph's University with a degree in Marketing. The ever-changing nature of this field and the aspects involved: ideas, communication, and technology, always interested him.  Upon graduating, he worked with a team that identified neighborhoods in the process of being revitalized.  They purchased, remodeled, sold or rented homes and multi-family buildings in various conditions.

Seeing an empty shell transform into someone's dream home was incredible.  This also had a dramatic and positive effect on the surrounding community.  Keith enjoyed the process from start to finish and knew that it would be very rewarding to be a personal part of the process.

Keith decided to become a Realtor to capitalize on his knowledge of construction, real estate and his education in marketing and advertising.  Keith has merged these passions and brings all of this experience to his buyers and sellers.

Keith helps home seekers find the right home and helps sellers get what they want.  Finding the best deals for investors seeking to build or flip their portfolio is also very satisfying.
