Lori’s affinity for real estate began in 2002 when she purchased her first home in Philadelphia with her husband Chad. She has since been a buyer and seller several times over and has 15 years of in-depth knowledge about Philadelphia and its suburbs. She has lived in East Falls, Roxborough, and currently resides in Wyndmoor with her husband, three children and their springer spaniel Eddie.
Lori’s background as a teacher has helped her hone her talent as a high-level communicator who is incredibly organized and efficient. This is not lost on anyone who spends 15 minutes with her. Lori works with both Buyers and Sellers in Philadelphia and throughout the NW suburbs.
“Lori has a true knack for putting you at ease from the moment you meet her. She is sharp, she is genuine, she is just lovely to be around, not to mention being someone who I know to have perfect follow-through. She is that person who you want in your corner”. -Rana Adams
Lori: Selling & buying real estate is a complex and emotional process for both the buyer and seller. I see my job as one of guiding them through the home buying or selling process, educating them about each step. They need help navigating through the process – similar to how students need help navigating a new subject and this is where my years of teaching have lent themselves very well to real estate advising. Home buyers and sellers have questions – I provide the answers in a way that is clear and easy to understand. I am very comfortable taking the time to educate them and to help the home seller or buyer achieve their goal. The similarities are many.
