Sean's role is so much more than real estate agent. He's also part construction expert, part investment manager and part relationship counselor. He has a lifetime of experience living in and around Philadelphia, a degree in business from St. Joseph's University, a background in construction and expertise working with young couples looking to buy their first home together.
In addition to young couples, Sean works with experienced and first-time investors, relocators, and people just looking to make a move. His background in construction makes him a great source for assessing the hidden costs that come with renovations--or the fixes that will get the most value for the least expense.
He graduated with a finance degree and loves to help clients make sense of the numbers associated with home sales. Most importantly, Sean's there for his clients all the time. He knows that his clients are counting on him to schedule a showing the minute a new property goes on the market, negotiate a deal at 11 o'clock at night, or reassure them that they are getting the best value. And then make sure they do.
Sean's enthusiasm for the city he grew up in is contagious. He lives near Fairmount Park in Roxborough, an area he loves for its greenery, social life, accessibility to center city and hassle-free parking. Before he got into real estate, Sean worked with his father renovating and building properties all over the city. He's watched neighborhoods like the Art Museum area grow, and was a part of making that happen. Today he's excited about properties in Fishtown, a rapidly expanding area with a hip vibe that he loves to show to young professionals. He also loves to match clients to properties in Chestnut Hill--a neighborhood with a name that has stood the test of time and one where the property values have, too.
